From hide to finished piece

Material selection
We source premium full-grain hides and inspect each piece for natural blemishes, uniform thickness and grain quality.
Precision crafting
Skilled artisans cut the leather. Components are joined on heavy-duty sewing machines with high-grade bonded threads.
Quality assurance
Every product goes through strict QC. Edges are hand-burnished, hardware is secured and each piece is checked against our standard.
Secure packaging
Finished goods are individually wrapped and placed in custom-fitted boxes, so they arrive pristine.
